2023 Another Year Down

This has been a very eventful year. Starting in January, Melvins and I flew to Texas so see our son graduate from the Air Force. He received the top graduate award. What an honor it was to see his hard work pay off.

In February, we took a mini vacation to Pennsylvania for the Great Outdoors Show. I was blessed to purchase a bow and some arrows. Being left handed has made it hard to find just the right now for me.

In May, we road our motorcycles down to North Carolina to take an adventure riding course. The course was great, however I broke my left thumb on the last day.

In July, Melvin and I rode together on one motorcycle down to West Virginia for CMA’s Super State Rally. It was an amazing and beautiful ride! We met so many awesome people and made many new memories and friends.

August was our CMA State Rally. This annual event is held in Rome, NY. During the rally we played some Corn Hole and rode to Happy Vally for their annual Rumble Inn bike rally.

Also, in August Melvins officiated my friend renewing of their vows for their Anniversary.

Melvin and I had some time to get out on the water by our home and do a little kayaking before the summer draws to a close.

In September, the property that Melvin was the caretaker for was put on the market and Melvin would soon become retired from his 12 year job at this property.

In October, Melvins son, David married his longtime girlfriend Makayla. He and Makayla were married at the grocery store in Inlet where they both work.

In November we had Thanksgiving at my Neice’s home in Albany.

Then finally, in December Melvin and I had our tiny house moved to the back of the property where we plan on building the main house someday!

Melvin and I are so grateful for all of God’s blessings and love from all our family and friends. May God bless you in the new year!

God Bless,

Melvins & Rochelle
