Hello and welcome to our blog!

My name is Rochelle Wright, and I’m so glad you’re here. I live in Central New York with my husband, Melvin. Together, we’ve built a beautifully blended family—we have seven adult children and are blessed with seven grandchildren who bring us so much joy.

I’ve spent the past 20 years working as an elementary teacher, and I truly love investing in the lives of children. Recently, I’ve been stepping into something new—teaching myself how to create videos and grow as a video blogger. It’s been both exciting and a little challenging, but I’m loving the journey.

This blog, along with our YouTube channel, is where we’ll be sharing a very special chapter of our lives. In 2026, we’re planning a long-distance trip that we hope to document as a video travel journal. Our goal is to capture not just the places we go, but the experiences, people, and moments along the way.

We both have a passion for motorcycle travel, camping, and sharing our faith through evangelism. “Wrights on a Mission” isn’t just a name—it truly reflects our purpose as we travel and connect with others.
